Pharaoh is not god?

Genesis 41:38 says, “And Pharaoh said unto his servants, Can we find such a one as this is, a man in whom the Spirit of God is?”  I have to stop here for a moment.  The Pharaoh, in Egypt, WAS god on earth.  He was raised as a child thinking he was a god.  He would never have said especially in front of his servants that something else could be more powerful than he.  This is just plain nonsense.
