Genesis 35:5 says, "And they journeyed: and the terror of God was upon the cities that were round about them, and they did not pursue after the sons of Jacob." Such a loving god. Always turning to fear. Why not make Jacobs people invisible to the bad people. Why are there any bad people at all? Aren’t these all descendants of Noah? Shouldn’t they all be god’s people? They surely couldn’t have survived the flood.
