Genesis 38:28 says, “And it came to pass, when she travailed, that the one put out his hand: and the midwife took and bound upon his hand a scarlet thread, saying, This came out first.” Wasn’t this the child of Judah and Tamar? Didn’t Judah call Tamar a Harlot and want to burn her to death? I think I can see where this story is going.
