Exodus 23:20 says, “Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.” I believe this is the second time I have read the term angels and not as the angel of god. God must have just created angels. Remember, he was alone in the void. I wonder why he created the angels? Maybe he realized he couldn’t keep track of everything and made them as helpers?
