Uncircumcised what?

Exodus 6:12 says, "And Moses spake before the LORD, saying, Behold, the children of Israel have not hearkened unto me; how then shall Pharaoh hear me, who am of uncircumcised lips?" Aren't everyones lips uncircumcised?  You might be thinking since Moses was raised Egyptian maybe he was uncircumcised, but no.  Exodus 2:2 says, "And the woman conceived, and bare a son: and when she saw him that he was a goodly child, she hid him three months." This would have meant that he would have been circumcised.    Exodus 2:6 says, “And when she had opened it, she saw the child: and, behold, the babe wept. And she had compassion on him, and said, This is one of the Hebrews' children.”  This is further proof of circumcision.  How would she know that it was a Hebrew child unless she saw the child's circumcised penis.  So what does uncircumcised lips mean?  So what does uncircumcised lips mean?
